Shipping and Handling
Priority Mail: If your order is greater than 6€ the shipping will be free. If it’s not higher the costs will be 3,10€ for Spain. The estimate delivery is 2-5 business days.
Through our carrier TIPS the price is 6€, hand delivery. Shipping time 24-36 hours if you place your order before the 17:00 hours. If you place it after the 17:00 hours it will take 24-48 hours.
Shipping and Handling for the E.U. including U.K.
Through mail (priority mail) the cost is 4,85 € for the countries of E.U. including U.K. For both parts the shipping is free is you’re the order is greater than 80€ and the estimate time for delivery is of 5 business days.
All orders are sent in a time frame of 24 hours after we have received your order.
Returns and Cancel orders
By Spain’s law you have the right to cancel your order 7 days after it has been bought.
The underwear because of Hygiene is not exchangeable.
Orders cannot be return if they don’t match with the ones that have been order.
Please contact our customer service department at +(34) 913765381 or to our email at shop@macho.com.es, to communicate to us the reasons of your return and program the pickup of the merchandise.
If the reason for the return is because there was a error on our part (defects, mistakes on the delivery, etc,) we will give you instructions of how to proceed with the return and get your money back.
If the reason in none of the above mention and you just want to return your product during the 7 days, the shipping charges will be on your part and we will only return the value of the merchandise.
We won’t accept returns after 7 days of the product been received.
www.machounderwear.com will credit back your credit card or bank account within 30 days once we have verified that the product has been used or hasn’t been damaged.
The product should be return to our carrier in its original packaging. The product should return to our offices with the given instructions given by our customer service department.
