The regulation of this issue is contained in the 34/2000 law of the Information Service Societies and Electronic Business, the law 7/1988 about general contract conditions, the Real Decree 1906/1999 in which the telephone or electronic contractors are regulated and in with general conditions of the article 5.3 of the law 7/1988, the law 26/1984 for the customer or users general defense, the Law 7/1996 of the retailing management, the Real Decree Law 14/1999 which regulates the electronic signature. Moreover, other legal law provisions that may apply.
CUSTOMERS DATA
In order to acquire products offered in the on-line store www.macho.com.es the customers should be registered and be older than 18 years. The customers will introduce an user name and password in order to access to all parts that requires an previous identification. These data are personal and not transferable.
At the time the customer is logged-on into our secure server, his/her personal data, address and electronic email are introduced into our database. The customer will receive a notification in his/her e-mail account about the register approval.
